Safe Weight Loss Supplements?
Are there any? I'm starting to working out, but I've heard that there are supplements that can assist you in losing weight. Once I lose the weight, I just want to maintain it. I'm not looking to take them forever. I just really want to lose weight quickly and safely.

Is this a healthy way of losing weight and if so where should i be?
Last monday I was 301 lbs. I am 6 feet tall and 18 years old. I have been told I look like i weigh about 250 and I am pretty masculine but after i stepped on the scale and saw the 300 I was appalled so i decided to make a change. I replaced all my drinking with water, eating dinner and at an earlier time and not loading my plate as much as I used to. I also started counting calories. I also go to the gym before school 4-6 times a week and workout. 11 days later I now weigh 287. I was wondering if this is safe weight loss and what is an ideal weight for me.

Can you lose weight through entirely exercise?
I want to lose weight and shape up for a ball in April and my friend's wedding in June. I don't eat too unhealthily, but I do enjoy food so much that I don't want to drastically change my diet and live off rabbit food. I already walk every day but i also like running so I was thinking of going for a 1 or 2 hour run every day or every other day. Would I lose weight by doing this? I weigh around 10st, how much weight could lose? Also any other safe weight loss tips? Thank you!!xxx
