Antibiotics For Sinus Infection

Coughing up white phlegm?
I smoke, I also have allergies. My moms cleans houses for a living and i help her out 1-2 times and she makes me do all the dusting(she knows I have allergies). Sometimes I cough up yellow phlegm but it doesn't even look like phlegm its just straight boogers. I know I must have some post nasal drip going on too because my head is always congested when I wake up, and I have been feeling pressure/popping in my left ear for almost a year now, but it only happens in the winter. I have been to the doctor about 3 times and have been prescribed antibiotics for sinus infection, it works for a few weeks then the pressure and congestion comes back every time. Should I start taking allergy meds? I have already started slowing down on the amount of smoking I do but I rarely cough up the brown stuff associated with smoking so I'm not sure what the deal is. Any help appreciated.

I have antibiotics for Sinus Infection, God forbid I get Bronchitis will the antibiotics work for that too?
I'm not sure I think my sinus infection got a little worse. My doctor told me to sleep with my window open and it made it worse. Could it turn into Bronchitis? If it does can I just keep taking my sinus infection antibiotics to treat it.

32 1/2 weeks and baby only wriggles? this normal?
im 32 1/2 weeks and i hear people who are the same as me say there baby kicks all the time... ive been told my placentas at front but i only ever feel her wriggle when im lying to go to sleep at night. i havent really enjoyed this pregnancy at all- although im tiny framed and have a small bump im so unconfortable! ive been on one lot of antibiotics for sinus infection in my cheeks and now a second lot for an infected blood cyst on my chest which they will only remove after ive treated it. im so worried!!
