Acne is embarrassing and distressing for the people who has it. It can really hurt your feelings when people stare at them and make jokes about them. Also, it's really frustrating trying to figure out how to cure acne. So, what I'm going to do is share with you a cure for acne.
That way, you will know how to cure your acne within 3 days.
Here are some cures for acne:
1. Keeping your face from being oily is the first cure for acne. You can do this by patting (or wiping) your face with facial tissue. Also, you can wash your face with water. If your face is oily, you are at risk of a breakout. So, make sure you keep your face dry.
2. Another cure for acne is drinking water. Make sure you drink plenty of water everyday. Drink 1 to 2 cups of water when you first wake up. By drinking water, you will help get rid of toxins that are in your body that cause you to breakout.
3. Washing your face a couple times a day is another way to cure your acne. You should wash your face with sorbitol or glycerin soap. An example of this type of soap would be neutrogena. Make sure you wash your face once in the morning and again at bed time.
4. Another cure for acne is tea tree oil. After washing your face, apply tea tree oil to your face. This will allow you to get rid of the bacteria on your face that cause you to breakout.
5. Healthy eating is another way to cure your acne. Try to avoid eating foods that are loaded with saturated fats and sugar. Examples of these foods are chips, cookies, sugary sodas, fast food burger and fries, pizza, and other junk foods.
The foods you should eat are fruits, nuts, lean meats (lean beef, tuna, chicken breast, turkey), whole wheat foods, veggies, and other health foods.
These are some cures for acne. If you are breaking out, make sure you do something about it now. By waiting, your acne could spread all over your face and other parts of your body, which include your chest, back, and ever your butt.
