What are the best acne treatment for teenagers?
im currently a teenager & i have very oily skin on my forehead & nose, but other parts of my face like cheeks are normal, i never use to have a lot of acne maybe just a few pimples nothing big, but just last two months iv been getting a lot of acne & i think its because im going through "adult hood" iv been using proactive for a month & i saw good results but nothing amazing like te commercials, i ran out & started using a shiseido $30 face wash worked really good but dried out my face, then just went back to proactive last week, i know i need time for it to start working again, but it really irritates my skin & makes me really dry & itchy... i hear those are common side affects & will go away soon.
i know anytime i stop using the proactive i will breakout really bad so i need answers..
1. is there ingredients in the proactive that are harmful & not healthy to the skin?
2. i perfer nice homemade face cleansers that are very healthy & homemade is there anything i can make our of fruits or vegtables or something in that sort to clean my face?
3. maybe im just breaking out because im going through "puberity" if so should i stop using all these acne treatments? & just go for something really natural?
4. im a resident of san jose ca, if there are any nice locations for face treatment please list them here,
i know im asking for A LOT but iv never broke out so bad & im getting worried lol .. so if anyone can PLEASEEEEEEE help me id appreciate it, thank you very much (:
