if i were to divorce her....?
i've only been married for a month and a half. since we have started living together, she has been having doubts about whether or not we should have gotten married and she is not afraid to let me know that she wishes she wouldnt have done it and she wishes she could still be free as a single person. its getting to the point that i'm about to tell her to leave and i will file for a divorce because all she complains about is how hard it is being married and how she hates it.
now, i haven't really been financially supportive of her what so ever. we both live with my parents, and we don't have to pay rent or bills, for the sole purpose of me saving my money to get my own place. the only bills i pay are for my car loan, my insurance, and my cell phone.
she doesn't have a job, but she is getting ready to start one. she has been running to her grandma for money if she needs any to buy hygiene products, or wants to go out with her friend.
if we were to split, she will just go to her grandma's house where she was before we got married and she wouldn't be responsible for any finances period. no bills, nothing. her grandma will still continue to support her financially.
with all this being said, if i were to divorce her, is there a pretty good chance i would get out of having to pay allimony to her?
funny.... sorry i wasn't specific. don't make assumptions if i've left information out please. i'm 21, i'm title 32 AGR in the army national guard, i make active duty pay. i've known her for 6 years-ish, and we were in a relationship for 3 years before we got married. since we've been married, she turned into a different person, a completely different person. its like it triggered a switch. i am financially able to support me and her both. she wont' let me though. she runs to her grandma and she willingly gives her money all the time, so she says she is always good when i ask her if she needs anything. i have a good bit of money saved, but i have plans, and hence i need more saved.

How to start an intervention for coke head?
Not much to say other than my older brother getting hooked on coke. It's messing up his attitude, he has a short fuse, always sniffling, never sleeps. I don't want him to feel cornered and betrayed, then he goes ahead and does something worse.
Also we bought a Mazda 3 years ago. He put over 100,000miles on it already and been in 4 car accidents, making our insurance expensive. We still owe 10,000 dollars for the car loan. My dads unemployed at the moment. He wasted 20,000 on a community college in a span of four years and doesn't even have a associates and has a terrible gpa. He drives 20 miles to go to work as a waiter and visits his gf but doesn't even pay his cell phone bills on the iPhone I bought him. And hw treats me and my family like utter crap.

car loans with no financing.?
Hello so today I went out with my pops to look for a car (first time) we ended up at a dealership with a nice hyundai and a great price because of a scratch on the car (thanks vandals for lowering price). The only problem is the dealership has no financing options available, so i have to go to a bank. I have NO credit iIam 20, and in college, my pops will be a co-signer, but I need some advice on how I can get a loan to buy this car even though i have been denied from my own personal bank. Are there other banks i can go to that suit my needs? well thanks =)
